With 32 taps at the original location in Waterloo Centre and 40 taps at the newly opened Geylang Road branch, there is a vast selection of beers to choose from, including IPAs and other hop-forward styles. The knowledgeable and Cicerone-certified staff are able to recommend brews and the food selection includes comfort food favorites such as burgers, thin-crust pizzas, and shoestring fries. The bar is run by industry veterans Juan Yi Jun and Jessica Hutch, who have experience at well-known establishments such as Operation Dagger and Proof and Company. The cocktail menu is filled with unexpected and creative options, such as the Hay and Apples, a mix of toasted hay scotch and fermented apples, and the Tom Yum and Melon, a sweet and mildly spicy combination of carbonated honeydew and Thai herb distillate. The food menu is diverse, featuring small plates, medium plates, as well as meat and fish main dishes. Visitors can enjoy dishes like the Korean fried cauliflower, battered florets tossed in a sauce reminiscent of Korean fried chicken while sipping on their cocktails.
